椒盐酥黄豆

黄豆适量、植物油适量、椒盐适量
烹饪步骤:
1.取黄豆适量,挑出里面杂质,清洗干净;

2.凉水浸泡,至豆粒膨胀(我是晚上泡的,一夜时间刚刚好),沥干水分;

3.冷锅冷油,倒入沥干水分的黄豆,油量以没过黄豆为宜;

4.小火慢慢炸制,起初会有很多泡泡,并且伴随着沙沙的声音,不过不要担心,不会溅油;

5.不时地翻动黄豆,使其受热上色均匀,黄豆粒会一点点变小,颜色慢慢呈金黄;

6.直至黄豆粒变得和最初泡水之前大小,且在金黄的基础上慢慢呈现红色,这是翻动黄豆时会发出刷刷的声音,就说明黄豆已经炸好了;

7.盘子里铺上厨房纸或面巾纸,捞出控油的黄豆放在上面,让厨房纸或面巾纸进一步吸走油脂;

8.上面撒适量椒盐,翻拌均匀,喜欢辣的还可以放一些辣椒粉等,总之可依据个人口味随意添加,喜欢原味的只要撒一些精盐就可以了;
