新鲜豆浆600ml、内酯2g、泡发木耳5朵、蒜薹5根、胡萝卜一小段、猪肉100g、青葱1颗、油、盐、白糖、豆瓣酱80g
烹饪步骤:
1.新鲜豆浆加热。

2.加热至沸腾后15秒关火。

8.加一碗清水,放入备好的豆瓣酱。

9.准备半碗水淀粉,等水开后加入,等到酱汁粘稠时加入适量白糖、少量盐搅匀出锅。

配料:
黄豆100克、水1200L、葡萄糖酸内脂2克、红糖适量、单晶冰糖1~2粒、温开水(调内脂用)一勺
烹饪步骤:
1.黄豆泡好天气热5~6小时,甜冷提前一夜泡好;

2.把黄豆倒入料理机中加1.2升水磨豆浆(如果你有智能豆浆机那就更省事,直接豆浆机磨好豆浆还自动煮熟)

3.大约几分钟豆浆就磨好了;

4.再过滤豆渣;

6.多煮两分钟(调小火),往往看到豆浆开了其实还没真正开,煮好了就关火把豆浆放凉到85℃;

7.葡萄糖内脂放入碗中用温水调散再倒入85℃的豆浆;

8.保温静止20分钟就成豆腐脑了;
