1.把超市买的腌鸡脆骨解冻,放入盘中备用。

3.腌制好鸡肉,就把菠萝,洋葱,青椒清洗干嘛,切块,和准备两匙蕃茄酱,一小匙白糖,蒜切小(菠菜去中间的)

4.开始先炸鸡肉,再加一匙的生粉,搅一下,
