茼蒿丸子

茼蒿适量、盐适量、十三香适量、葱姜末适量、生抽少许、面粉适量
烹饪步骤:
1.择好的茼蒿洗净,控一下水分;

2.切碎;

3.放在容器里,撒适量盐,搅拌均匀,再放入葱姜末和十三香,少淋一些生抽;

4.再次搅拌均匀,里面会有一些水分被盐逼出来,很潮湿;

5.然后一点点添加面粉,每次添加都要搅拌一下,不需太多面粉,只要茼蒿碎被面粉裹住,呈还比较松散的状态就可以了;

6.准备一碗水,双手沾水,把混合物整理成一个个大小适中的丸子;

7.起锅放油,油温至七成热时一颗颗放入做好的丸子炸制;

8.待接触锅底的一面变黄变硬翻过来炸另一面(我炸东西一般不会放太多油,油不会没过丸子,所以这样经常这样处理);

9.炸好的丸子放在厨房纸或者面巾纸的盘子里,可吸走部分油脂,吃丸子就不会油腻了;
