(http://www . CDC . gov/corona virus/2019-ncov/prevent-get-disk/DIY-cloth-face-covers . html)
-

TRUMP SAYS U.S. ECONOMY AFTER COVID-19 WILL SOAR 'LIKE A ROCKET SHIP'
President Donald Trump has claimed the U.S. economy will soar "like a rocket ship" once the coronavirus pandemic is over.
Trump skipped his daily White House coronavirus briefing on Easter Saturday as the U.S. overtook Italy to become the country with the highest death toll from novel coronavirus in the world.
But he called in to Justice with Judge Jeanine on Fox News on Saturday night, and claimed that the nation's economy will see "a tremendous surge" once restrictions put in place to curb the spread of the virus are lifted and Americans head back to work.
He added that the economy would be rebuilt in "honor of those who perished."
President Donald Trump speaks during the daily briefing of the White House Coronavirus Task Force in the James Brady Briefing Room April 10, 2020 at the White House in Washington, DC.
"We're going to have, just a tremendous surge. I think it's gonna be like a rocket ship. I really believe that," the president told host Jeanine Pirro. "We'll have to see what happens. But there's a lot of things happening but with all of that, we still have to remember all of the people that perished."
Trump added that the U.S. government responded "the right way" and claimed the death toll would have been much higher had social distancing measures not been implemented.
"We did it the right way," he said. "We took care of social distancing and all of the things, words that nobody ever heard of before, frankly, and phrases.
"But if we didn't do that, we would have pulled through it. There were estimates—2.2 million people. Well, if you cut that in more than half and you said a million and cut that in half. You say 500,000, it just would have been unacceptable."
Trump added that Americans have "gone through a lot." He added: "We'll be back bigger and better and stronger than ever before, you watch."
Trump had said last month that he wanted to reopen the country by Easter, but later extended social distancing guidelines until April 30. On Saturday, he wrote on Twitter that he would be tuning in to an online Easter Sunday service.
During Friday's coronavirus briefing, he said figuring out when to reopen the country would be "the biggest decision I've ever had to make."
He added that a new council, made up of doctors and business experts, would be advising him to help him make that decision.
That'll play a role but ultimately, I have to make that decision,' Trump added. "I want to get it open as soon as possible. This country was meant to be open and vibrant and great, not where people are, you know, staying in."
The U.S. has more than 530,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, and more than 20,600 deaths, according to the latest figures from Johns Hopkins University.More than 32,000 people have recovered.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Advice on Using Face Coverings to Slow Spread of COVID-19
-
CDC recommends wearing a cloth face covering in public where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
-
A simple cloth face covering can help slow the spread of the virus by those infected and by those who do not exhibit symptoms.
-
Cloth face coverings can be fashioned from household items. Guides are offered by the CDC. (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/diy-cloth-face-coverings.html)
-
Cloth face coverings should be washed regularly. A washing machine will suffice.
-
Practice safe removal of face coverings by not touching eyes, nose, and mouth, and wash hands immediately after removing the covering.
World Health Organization advice for avoiding spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
Hygiene advice
-
Clean hands frequently with soap and water, or alcohol-based hand rub.
-
Wash hands after coughing or sneezing; when caring for the sick; before, during and after food preparation; before eating; after using the toilet; when hands are visibly dirty; and after handling animals or waste.
-
Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or bent elbow when coughing or sneezing. Discard the tissue immediately and clean your hands.
Medical advice
-
Avoid close contact with others if you have any symptoms.
-
Stay at home if you feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as headache and runny nose, to avoid potential spread of the disease to medical facilities and other people.
-
If you develop serious symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) seek medical care early and contact local health authorities in advance.
-
Note any recent contact with others and travel details to provide to authorities who can trace and prevent spread of the disease.
-
Stay up to date on COVID-19 developments issued by health authorities and follow their guidance.
Mask and glove usage
-
Healthy individuals only need to wear a mask if taking care of a sick person.
-
Wear a mask if you are coughing or sneezing.
-
Masks are effective when used in combination with frequent hand cleaning.
-
Do not touch the mask while wearing it. Clean hands if you touch the mask.
-
Learn how to properly put on, remove and dispose of masks. Clean hands after disposing of the mask.
-
Do not reuse single-use masks.
-
Regularly washing bare hands is more effective against catching COVID-19 than wearing rubber gloves.
-
The COVID-19 virus can still be picked up on rubber gloves and transmitted by touching your face.
