鸡胸肉半块、菠菜三根、胡萝卜半根、蒜两瓣、油适量、腌肉用料、糖适量、蘑菇精适量、黑胡椒粉适量、味极鲜一汤匙、盐适量、淀粉适量、浇汁用料、蚝油半汤匙、糖半茶匙、淀粉适量、水五汤匙
