荠菜饺子

配料:
荠菜适量、五花肉适量、食用油适量、盐适量、生抽适量、十三香适量、蚝油适量、香醋一小碟
烹饪步骤:
1.荠菜摘干净,洗净沥干水份备用

2.荠菜切碎,加适量的盐,拌匀,腌一会儿

3.取适量的面粉

4.边少量加温水,边用筷子搅拌

5.成面疙瘩,几乎无干粉即可

6.用手揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒面半小时以上

7.将五花肉洗净沥干水分,剁成肉末

8.将肉末和荠菜碎里加入适量的生抽、蚝油、食用油、十三香和少量食盐(之前荠菜已经加了盐)等

9.充分拌匀,制成馅料

10.醒好的面团,分成5-6g左右的小面团,用擀面杖擀成圆形的饺子皮

11.手擀的饺子皮

12.将荠菜肉馅放入饺子皮中部

13.将中间捏拢

14.然后两边向中间折拢即可

15.一会儿就包好了,开始包饺子的同时,将锅加入适量的水烧开水煮饺子

16.煮的时候一定要水大开后下锅,水里放少许盐。下锅后要不断用勺子的背部轻轻推动,以防沾锅。待饺子都浮起后,盖上锅盖,再次开后,开盖,大开后加少许冷水,开后再加冷水,再开后就可以出锅享受美食了。
